Chris spent 25 years as a busy executive, helping others build global businesses in the tech industry.
Building on his former experience as a certified fitness and nutrition coach, Chris secured a professional certification as a Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coach (PN1-SSRC) to help his clients focus on the recovery part of their wellness journey.
Additionally, Chris has training from Queen's University on insomnia interventions and CBT-I, and is certified as an Advanced Supplement Advisor.
He has mentored managers and executives for many years, and brings that experience, as well as years of research on self-determination and motivational theory, into his current work with you as your personal recovery coach.
Chris lives in Halifax, Canada, with his family.
